CONCERT ANNOUNCEMENT

A "Thursday Lunchtime" concert at the Baxter will be held on Thursday 11 May at 1pm. This concert will feature works composed by Nicholas, and will include:

"Mignon Lied"(2005) -- a Song to a poem by Goethe
"Beata's Piece"(2005) -- for Flute and Piano
 and
"Piano Trio" (2006) -- for Piano, Violin, Cello, dedicated to Lisa Garson and the Michaelis Players. Nicholas completed this piece on Saturday 18 March, the day before he died. This will be the first performance of the piece which will be played by Lisa Garson and the Michaelis Players. It is a one-movement work which Nicholas annotated 'Rigoroso with energy and lots of brio...'
